I trust his assessment so feel confident that we will stay cool this summer and be warm this winter. He was polite, friendly, considerate, and EXTREEMLY popular with my pets. Bodhi and Baxter, one of the 2 dogs and one of the 2 cats, were very happy to follow him everywhere in the house. All 4 pets waited for him each time he went outside and made sure to get pets upon his return. I love that Michael came back this year and continues to take care of my systems as his father did before him. Very cool! Many thanks, and the crew looks forward to his return!

Most of the workers who have came to my home have been beyond friendly and personable, which is always a huge plus. Service tech (Joe) called ahead, was prompt and on time, kept me well informed of the issue and options to fix it, and seemed honest in his evaluation of how to proceed with the repairs. I called at around 130PM to request a technician to come take a look at my outside unit. I was expecting to make appointment like usual for any service call, but the lady who answered phone placed me on a brief hold and connected with dispatch who immediately said they can get someone out there that afternoon. I was surprised it would be that quick, but bery happy. Well I had to step out at around 2 and I see the Hillside van pulling into my neighborhood. The technician Jon was fabulous from start to finish. He replaced one part that day and I needed another part, to which he got on phone and had dispatch order it and would be here next day, and it was and Jon came back and replaced that part. He was so nice and kept me advised of everything he was doing. I recommend my mom last month to hillside for a new system as well and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their service is on a whole different level and the prices are great! Sorry so long but I want yall to know it was a such a flawless process during a stressful time for my family, so this eased some of that! Thank you Hillside!! Yall are the best!!

On May 16, 2024, Hillside Oil Heating & Cooling received the 2024 Rush Memorial Award from the Better Business Bureau of Delaware. This award, named for Edward M.
